Hej! I am a PhD student at Chalmers University of Technology, supervised by Muoi Tran in the Secura Lab. My research focuses on the network security of distributed AI systems, with a particular emphasis on the intra-host network. I study potential attack vectors in this layer, including denial-of-service, performance-degrading delays, and privacy leakage, and aim to design mechanisms to detect and mitigate such threats.

Before joining Chalmers, I completed my Master’s degree at the University of Manchester, where I worked on backdoor attacks and defenses in federated learning under the supervision of Mustafa Mustafa. Prior to that, I obtained my Bachelor’s degree from Hefei University of Technology in China, where I worked on projects related to privacy-preserving ride-hailing systems and smart grids, gaining experience with cryptographic protocols and Intel SGX under the supervision of Meng Li.

Outside of research, I enjoy coffee (especially iced latte), music, traveling, and trying new things.
