PhD student position in Blockchain Security

This PhD project focuses on advancing network security in the emerging Web3 ecosystem. As decentralized applications built on blockchain and distributed ledger technologies become more prevalent, they present new and poorly understood attack surfaces. The aim of this research is to uncover novel network-based threats targeting these systems and to develop robust countermeasures. By systematically identifying vulnerabilities and proposing effective defenses, the project contributes to making the next generation of the Internet more secure, resilient, and trustworthy.
